i dont have new AC but based on my estimate and increase in efficiency of new units, consumption relative to the AC should decrease by minimum of 15% and as much as 25%, for inverter type, bill can decrease by minimum of 30% and as much as 60%.

Translating it to your total electricity cost should decrease by at least 10~15% minimum on the total bill.
