    I saw some americans and Pinoys wearing Ebay Id at export bank plaza, nasa 24th floor sila, 23rd naman office namin.

    before puro kano nakikita ko then suddenly dami na pinoy. may nakasabay dina ko kano wearing PAYPAL shirt...

    haay i just hope na maging enabled na ang Paypal dito sa pinas.

    Balita ko kasi the reason why paypal cant handle transactions here its because local banks are charging them with high FEES, di ko lang sure... aside from credit card FRAUDS dito sa pinas

    EBAY and PAYPAL'S call center is here in Philippines. It's handled by WEST and EPERFORMAXX. I should know coz I know somebody who works there.
