    stretch a little bit more you budget...medyo bitin yung 400USD for a mini DV

    Sony's cheapest mini DV goes around 29k(DCR-HC21)

    diko lang alam sa ibang brand...but for me Sony Videocam is one of the best.

    sony mini dv ka na lang...ganda ng resolution tsaka reliable.

    this is my 3rd sony digicam and talagang satisfied ako.
