    Truth is: converge forces pldt to be better. And vice versa. The customers win.

    Comverge really helps a lot of folks whom PLDT wasnt able to serve or serve properly. And because of that, PLDT is rapidly upping its game. More people will be covered by fiber. Old copper will be retired and be replaced by new fiber.

    Yun nga napansin ko nun start nila yun mga areas na hinde nilagyan ng fiber facilities ng pldt ang inuna nila. Then I was thinking eventually they will be acquired by pldt para hinde na sila maghirap since exisitng na facility ng converge but converge didn't sell out

    Reminiscin my daily calls just to report issue sa Converge, me allotting 30-50 minutes waiting time.

    Suwerte na yung 7 days naayos nila.

    We still have subscription with Converge, speed is stable (thankfully).

    Again customer service talaga problema, sana maimprove nila.
