Panasonic LX100
Sony RX100 iv
Canon D7x

As of now I find the Panasonic LX100 with the most value for money.

Any tips please? And where to buy? Thanks

Sony rx100 or a Fujifilm x100 or x70. Henrys in Quiapo Trinoma or Glorietta if you cant be bothered to go to Quiapo

It boils down to brand preference and local service center support.
