ano mas maganda? mag continuous ink system o bili na lang akko ng refillable ink cartridges.

ang ayaw ko lang sa continuous, me tank & hoses na nakikita sa labas ng printer. pag refillable ink cartridge, parang naka original set up pa rin.
when i went to cdr king ysterday mron n pala diy na refillable ink cartdge for epson t10.

    any comments??

    thanks

I have gone through the use of refilled cartridges and currently using CISS.

From my experience, I rather prefer the CISS solution because the refilled cartridges will require frequent replacements under heavy use. Also it costs less per page using a CISS.

Personally I don't see any value to keep the printer "original" configuration given inkjet printers have gotten ridiculously cheap. The cost of a set of black/color ink cartridges already exceeds the purchase value of the printer itself.

Only downside with the CISS is the occasional failure of the cartridge head which would require replacing it with a "new" cartridge.

Both can harm your printhead. But if you use it everyday and a heavy user at that (i.e. many pages), the CISS is more cost effective. Otherwise, just stick to refillable ones.

i don't see the benefit of having the look of an original set-up. it's just a look.

pinag-iisipan ko din to. bihiram naman gamitin ung printer since wala naman ng nag-aaral sa amin. occassional printing na lang ng mga letters and documents. 2nd hand kasi ung printer galing sa barkada ko. ubos na ung ink and a brand new ink will cost me more or less 1.5k. ang refill per tank eh nasa 600 din. pero ung CISS nasa 2k lang ata?

ano kaya mas ok? hindi ba magbabara ung CISS kung bihira lang din gamitin?

    thanks
