ALERT!
Last night, April 21, 2006, a laptop bought and registered in the name of my Mother, Dr. Karen L. Tamayo, was stolen at a conference in Tagaytay. It is an HP Pavilion ze4200, dark gray, DVD, CD-RW. The Windows XP is original and in her name.
It was stolen along with an LCD projector belonging to our school.![]()
We've already been assured of the replacement of the laptop, but we'd like any information concerning suspicious persons selling such computers. We don't really care about the unit itself, but the data on the hard drive is irreplaceable, and worth a lot to us.![]()
We'd be grateful for any help in recovering said HDD. The computer can go to the scrapyard, for all I care, but if we can recover that too, it'd be nice.

P.S. To any mods connected with gadgets.com or buyandsell.ph (whichever), please post this on the other boards... I'm desperate to get that HDD before it's wiped.
