Basta do your due diligence when buying online.
Yung Xiaomi TV ko nga na 65" sa Shopee ko lang binili.
I just made sure may review yung product at marami na rin rating yung vendor.
Be aware lang na marami din bogus reviews pero mahahalata mo naman.

Also if I remember it right COD yata ang mode of payment ko.

Hassle lang would be the warranty.
Kung di man non-existent, eh very short or very limited lang.

This is another option. I prefer regular non smart TV because it's my Mom that will use this TV
I have friends who bought cocoaa tv, ok naman daw kung nde ka pihikan. Tumagal naman and they are still using it. Gawa din pala ng skyworth.

I bought a 32" 720p Hisense TV back in 2014. It has very good picture quality. It handles well the 1080i of our cable box. Although it's a 720p TV, it can also upscale 1080p although text is pretty poor. It has the occasional lag when I hooked my laptop to it and tried to play a few games.

For watching HD shows and videos, it's pretty good. For video games, not so much. But, it's low-cost for a 32". It cost ~$100 and less if it was on sale.

Thanks for this recommendation. The Hisense 19" TV I bought in 2016 lasted 7 yrs! Sulit na sulit. I wasn't even expecting it to last 5 yrs

Now, I have to replace it with another 19". The problem is I called Anson's and Abensons and they don't sell 19" anymore. I browsed Lazada and they have several brands

    1. Ace - has the most reviews but it's really ugly
    2. Megasonic
    3. Ginza
    4. Hug

Price range is from P2.5k to P3k. I want to buy naman a decent TV even at that price, I don't want it to last less than a year I can't go bigger than 21" because of the space

7 years? What happened? Did it die or you're just looking for a different brand.

I have a 2010 24" Dynex and a 2011 39" Magnavox LCD TVs. Both are 1080p. Both are still working great up to now. Both were manufactured by Funai which is a Japanese manufacturer. Their picture quality is okay if not up to par with better brand names. But, Japanese-made products tend to last a long time. These ones I have are no exception.

Another thing to consider when buying those china(?) tvs, check in Shoppe for the remotes being sold there. Somee are more expensive & harder to find. I have TCL & Devant, & I think the remote of the TCL was cheaper & easier to find.

I bought Ginza but I had to return in because it was missing the remote and screws for the stand. I am so disappointed. Now I don't know what else to buy

Ask other forumers if they have Japanese branded TVs and ask about brand reliability. Researching even more, I think even Japanese brands now have different sources for say, the LCD screen.

We've been lucky with our TVs, both brand name (all Sony) and the cheaper ones like the Dynex and Magnavox. I think it's because both the Dynex and Magnavox were the initial offerings for those models. They have the good screens. I'm guessing Funai started using cheaper screens which were inferior to the initial ones. The later Dynex TVs which were the same model, but different appearance got much worse reviews.

An electronic repair shop near our place is selling refurbished TV sets. Brands include Samsung but I suspect that the internal parts are no longer original replacements. Be that as it may, it is cheap (Php3,000 for a 40 incher I think) and with a 1 year warranty from the shop. Not bad a deal, IMHO
