nasa $2.2k yata ang bagong 24-70mm f2.8L II USM... nice all around lens...may mas mura yung EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM pero 2 steps behind sa aperture opening.

yes, i know some also that have all those those trinity lenses including the nifty fifty (50mm) and 100mm macro. they commonly have 2 camera bodies para di daw palit ng palit ng lens a friend of mine have a 550d with a 24-70mm lens pang walkaround niya, then a 7d with 70-200mm lens kapag outdoor naman. depende naman yan kapag kaya ng bulsa, sabi nga photography is not a hobby, it's a lifestyle...
