Eto yung building after the JAGUAR showroom (enzo building) sa buendia. Merun silang parking sa likod (for free) pero first come first serve and limited lang. Merun naman paid parking areas na malapit.

Direct line nila yata ay 867-6000 (if I recall it right)

Suggestion ko, pumunta ka ng maaga or immediately after lunch (before 1pm) kasi grabe ang pila ng nagpapaservice pagnapahuli ka ng bahagya. 8-5pm yata ang schedule nila.

I was there Jan 3 to have my laser printer (na out of warranty na) serviced.... about 23 persons was ahead of me from the time I entered and it took me an hour pa bago maservice nila.

Ang maganda dyan, hindi naman nila ire-repair yun immediately unless software malfunction lang or simpleng mechanical thingy.

Sa actual repair malamang ay iiwan mo rin yun (and about 3-5 working days to know what is the problem).

Mas matagal pa nga yung paghihintay ko kaysa sa actual usapan namin nung technician nila. Tapos ang tagal pang magprepare ng documents yung technician nila... haayyy nakakainip at nakaka-inis.

I was thinking it might be the lamp of the LCD screen. It might be starting to fail.

Have you contacted your HP dealer for them to check and probably fix (on warranty)?

hahaha bro, may sms text format ka pa din, anyway, to answer your querry, pag walang security or warranty sticker yung cover ng cpu mo, i guess pwede mo pakabit yung video card sa technician mo, otherwise you have to bring it to them at sila ang pagkabitin mo then papalitan nila yung warranty sticker, hth
