I guess I'm way to old too be considered a serious gamer. I do know I'll probably wait until MW2 is down to $35 before buying it. But, if Battlefield 3 is out by then, I'll probably skip MW2 altogether.

I do know our server master prefers the Battlefield series over all comers. So, if there's one game I'll buy at full price, It'll be Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and of course Battlefield 3.

Add: But, if the single-player is okay in MW2, I may still buy it. I've always liked the single-player of the CoD series.

Playing the game on PS3. A good game but not as great as most reviews say. tho Multiplayer is fun.

maybe it's the controller, but I enjoyed playing Battlefield 2 on the PC more.

btw, here's my PSN name on MW2 multiplayer: tsikot_negus.

Playing it on the PC para libre hehehe... My consoles are not modified and thus very expensive. Activision jacks up the price of this game because they know they can cash in...

It's $59 here. That's the same for any new game release. It's less than the $70 MS charged for Flight Simulator X Deluxe when it first came out a few years ago.

Kasi we have so-called Asian versions here which cost 2/3 the price of US version but even Asian version is priced like US version...

In my case buying it on a console is cheaper. If I buy (or download it from *******) the PC version, I would have to build a decent gaming rig so its gonna cost $$$. It cost me around 5,900 yen (around 57-59 dollars) without shipping.

my experience in the 360 is superb! netcoding is great in the 360 version. even at red bars I can snipe my opponents from afar and I can also do assault using my .50 riffle. Actually I just earned my Blue Tiger camo for my .50 riffle (sa mga hindi nakakaalam to get that camo you need to do 75 headshots) at day 5 of my multiplayer gameplay. Ganun kaganda ang netcoding nya sa 360 parang Halo3.

Not necessarily of you game at 720p or even 1080p. Even midrange cards can handle 1080p (1920x1080). I noticed when midrange cards were benchmarked with games available to consoles, they tended to do very well and have greater detail than the console versions.

But, if they're benchmarked with pure pc games and at higher resolutions than 1080p, the framerates are lower although the eye candy are a notch higher.
