Could be a nail in the coffin moment for crypto after SBF:

Exclusive: U.S. Justice Dept is split over charging Binance as crypto world falters | Reuters

DOJ divided over charging Binance for alleged crypto crimes, report says | Ars Technica

DOJ looks like they have a strong case. Binance is spooked and their lawyers are trying to persuade DOJ with plea bargains daw not to do it.

According to Reuters, evidence shows that Binance allegedly spent the past year processing “over $10 billion in payments for criminals and companies seeking to evade US sanctions,” while keeping “weak anti-money laundering controls” and plotting to evade regulators both in the US and globally.

While no charges have been filed, Binance has seemingly devoted resources to persuading DOJ against taking any actions. In the past few months, sources said that Binance lawyers have even met with DOJ to discuss potential plea deals. During those meetings, Binance lawyers reportedly also expressed concerns that the DOJ filing charges now could further disrupt the already crashing cryptocurrency market.

    binance experiencing large withdrawals today

i don't think binance will go bankrupt

even if binance goes bankrupt it's not the end of crypto

centralized exchanges aren't the be-all and end-all of crypto

pag nawala ang binance or any crypto exchange, di mawawala ang bitcoin blockchain, di mawawala ang ethereum blockchain...

    binance survived the run

but things will become problematic for binance

FTX is the 2nd largest donor to the US democratic party

the US establishment will not let binance get away with that

What's unique with crypto is that it really has no value but greed. So even if you have news feeds about it on social media, all of it originated from Maritess and the spinners. If "investing" in crypto, you have to learn to read charts. It's a psych game, but then a lot of chart readers were burned also when it dropped recently. So, good luck and as always, invest only what you can afford to lose.

I'm thinking someone can create a program that will automate checking the value of your crypto, and then will notify you if it reached you a certain value para you can decide to sell or not.

The program can also monitor when price is going down and then will notify you once it starts to rise again, so you can decide to buy or not.

If you are patient enough to wait for 4 yrs cycle, you will be reaping massive gains in crypto than in stocks.
Parang may cycle tong crypto, 1 yr lang usually massive bull run.
Ex: 2017 - ETH went as high as $1400
2018 - 2020 - ETH drop to as low as $300 (if you bought this time between $300-#500 range, safe kana sa bearish season)
2021 - ETH and other crypto is in bullrun and ETH went as high as $3000 (that's a massive 1000% gain if you bought at $300 range from 2018). That is more if you were able to buy ETH during 2016 which pegged it from $10-$100 range.

But hirap i capture bottom eh, mas malaki chance maka accumulate at lower price if mag average investing during bearish season (like monthly buy). Then if it will explode again, stop buying muna or cash-out.

That gain can't easily be achieve in stocks, unless if you are patient enough to wait for 10 yrs.

But you can also do this with certain stocks which are similar to crypto, in that they are both speculatives.

In stocks, you may hit jackpot on non-blue chip stocks during bearish period. Daming garbage stock na mag 100% up right away but after two days, dive din ng 100%.
Dito sa crypto, focus ka lang sa BTC at ETH which are equivalent of blue chips in stocks.

If mag cash out kana, ang hirap lang dito sa atin is its not easy to cash out in bulk.
Usually Php 400k in a month yung mas madali dahil sa AMLC law natin.
Unless if you are willing to give-up all your info to this crypto institutions here in PH.
So if you became instant millionaire sa crypto, pagplanohin mo na in advanced paano mag cash-out.

Per month pala ang AMLA rule? Akala ko per withdrawal.

Iba pala crypto pag mag cash out, sa stocks kasi no need to limit cash out, diretso lang sa settlement account.

do crypto players still cash out to fiat?

usually pag nag take profit naka park sa stablecoins

why bother cashing out to fiat when you'll be trading again

    inconvenient pasok labas fiat

Yung per month rule is from coins.ph, not sure ano nakasaad sa AMLC rule.
Pwd naman aabot million or more depending on their approval.
Mas mahigpit sa crypto because eto kasi ginagamit medium ng mga criminals online when they extort money from hacking/ransomwares.

If aabot pa naman ng millions profit mo, di mo gamitin to purchase a real asset.
Sayang naman yung gain if nasa crypto lang naka park.
If may property kang gusto bilhin, then that's the time to use gain to buy properties or cars.
    Sobra is itrade mo again.
Wala pa kasing mag aaccept dito sa PH ng crypto as payment for an exchange of goods/properties.
Unlike sa US na may mag accept na ng bitcoins/eth.

To earn millions from BTC, one should have invested at least 100k in 2015, then it would be worth 10M today, tama ba? If one was able to sell at the peak, that's about 30m, retirement money na yan di ba?

If I wanted to try BTC back then, the most I can afford to lose was 10k, so 1M lang yan ngayon, 3M at the peak.
