    hi guys..

For the past 5 years i bought 4 window type AC's. i have GE ( nasira na)

2 carriers ( isa nasira) and Fedders . i need to buy again. sa mga experts and users please give suggestions..

marami nagsasabi panasonic and carrier. nakita ko naman yung imarflex mdyo mura.

and kung nabibilad bang bandang likod ng AC. ok lang ba? does it matter much

thank you ( daming tanong heheh)

Grabe naman iyan,- 5 years lang,- sira na ang 2 of the 4 ACs mo? Normally, linis-linis lang ang katapat ng AC for proper maintenance... 24/7 ba ang gamit ng mga ACs mo?

The five(5) window-type ACs I bought for our house 6 years ago,- ok pa silang lahat....

Bro. Qwerty, wala akong nakikitang inverter type na window-type AC,- split type lang so far....

Bro. Qwerty,- I am not sure how to measure, but over time, the efficiency of the AC to cool down the room diminishes.... I am not sure how to gauge where the inflection point is, but at that point, it will be a good time to buy a new AC which should present you with higher efficiency and lower electric bills....

Maybe, some experts here can help....

We've used Panasonic, GE, Kelvinator and Carrier and they all last long enough to the day we decide to upgrade (usually after 7-10 years). Cleaning once a year, clean the filter monthly, used every night for 8 to 10 hours. No repairs ever needed.

I just bought a new Samsung 3/4 HP yesterday, brand new through an advertiser at Sulit.com... hopefully the brand turns out okay. Price was okay enough to swing us to try it from our usual Panasonic/GE/Carrier at 10.4K.

4 panasonic (3 1HP and1 3/4HP)namin nag-abot-abot na. pinaka matanda yung 1996, inabot ng isa nung 2000 tapos 2 last year. pare parehas ang performance. once a year binababa after new year for cleaning para ready pag pasok ng summer heat. nagpapatulong lang ako magbuhat tapos i use my pressure washer - no no to sosa or lye.

yung nasira namin na AC isang GE 3/4 hp and carrier 1hp. parehong

twice nasira after repair. sa mga 1.5 hp naman so far okay pero kulang na sa lamig kaya pa sched ko clean this week.

may factor ba yung vent i mean kung naiinitan yung likuran ng AC, pag gamit namin kasi sabay sabay may isang common area yung likuran ng mga ac,

    napakainit.

    thanks

I used to think it was Carrier but the last one I bought around 2003 is starting to conk out already so I guess their quality has declined over the years. Our other Carrier ago bought around 1992 is working better than the 2003 Carrier. We have our ACs cleaned every year and we only use it often during summer.

I checked out some ACs last week and I have decided that may next purchase will be National Panasonic. I've heard a lot of good feedback about it.
