here's what they want to do.. initially, to set-up 10 bnew units ng desktop pc plus gaming and internet accessories. target customers nila ay high school at elementary students, kasi malapit sa school yung location ng shop nila sa province kaya priority nila ay gaming at secondary na lang yung internet.

so ano ba magandang set-up ng pc na pwedeng malaro yung most (if not all) games. budget nila ay 15k/pc including monitor. at ano pa ibang gamit na kailangan bilhin..

Kung gaming, what you need is a high end video card and at least 1Gig of Memory. Yun ibang parts pwede mo tipirin but not those two, syempre dapat ok din yun motherboard para stable yun CPU. I don't think you can buy a good gaming PC that will play most games with a 15k budget, siguro 25k pwede pa.

and get a good decent branded power supply, which results into system stability.

I'd go with a minimum of a singlecore AMD Athlon 64 or equivalent Intel cpu. So long as it's paired with a good video card and ample ram (1gb at least).

Dualcores would be great if there's going to be a lot of multi-tasking. It's almost a requirement if Vista will be the OS. Best stick with XP Home which has lower cpu/ram requirements.

Go dualcore if the price difference between singlecore and dualcore cpu isn't too big.
