depends on what area you are covered by what telco.
for personal use, i like bayantel.... as advertised and as subscribed. this is being used by our clients in QC as well as my inlaws in QC. pag 2 mbps subscription mo, 2 mbps ang bigay sa iyo, both in upload and in download.
mag medyo madugas ay ang globe..... laki pa ng issue ko sa customer services nila.
sa pldt, ok ang services, nakakasar din ang customer services.

It really depends on your location. Better ask people who live near your area.
PLDT has been very consistent with us for over half a decade. We've been paying the same 999 a month, but our internet speed has increased over the years. Measuring by max download speed, initially it was 60 kB/s, then it became 100 kB/s, and for the past 3 years it's been steady at 160 kB/s. Internet is on 24/7, and in a year I get disconnected around 3-5 times at most.

To TS why changing PLDT?
i've been using PLDT for 3 years okay naman including customer service. if i called for a concern andyan agad to address it. They even changed my modem for free. Yung connection mabilis naman, siguro depende na yun sa package na kinuha mo. Im using the 999 a month to so far masaya naman ako sa bilis niya.
what i hate is those ISP na mabilis ang connection may cap naman. How will you enjoy the speed kung alam mo na may limit? thats BS!

Better pa rin Globe kaya nga most BPO's have deals with them. PLDT sucks in my experience.
