so ano ang speed cap ng globe for *******s? what if encrypted yung ******* connection mo kaya pa din ba nila detect to cap the transfers?

Exactly what I was thinking. When I was in China, the hotel I stayed had an anti-******* thingy on the in-room internet. I simply turned on my HTML ******* encryption & proxy software to by-pass the block. Download speed was slightly compromised but only by less than 10% of max download speed.

What I know, Globe would temporarily cap a downloader's connection if it detects a download going for too long.
