I guess the way it works is that you login using your facebook account, choose among your friends in your friends list you want to bang, and basically wait. Your friend will not receive any notice that you want to bang him/her. If in case by luck he/she also enrolls in bangwithfriends, and picks you as well, that will be the time you both will have notifications.
