Avoid buying wireless ones and battery operated ones. Most of them don't really perform well.

Dito sa house, National ang gamit namin. 12 channels (12 rooms). Pero 1988 pa ito kaya hindi ko na alam kung magkano and kung saan nakuha.

AIPHONE OR AIRPHONE, most common brand. di ko lang alam saan me benta.

AIPHONE ang gamit namin sa probinsya. Hardwired pero battery operated yung model namin. Saka konti ang channels. 1972 ata pinakabit or early 80's. Basta sobrang luma na. hehehe.

Siguro may ibang models din ang Aiphone.

suggestion ko lang po y intercom?
mas ok pabx mas madaming features it can serve as intercom and mas maraming functions panasonic gamit namin

3 line 8 locals expandable up to 16 ata

if you get the expansion card
almost same lang ata price

Hindi ba may switchboard pa ang PABX? Mas simple kasi ang intercom for home use. Pero wala din ako gano alam sa PABX systems, eh.

Intercom plug and play. Hirap lang mag-run ng wires ng patago.

meron po

pero maliit na size na lang . about the size of a shoebox .
medyo complicated nga kaya u have to keep the manual for for reference if ever mawala mo mangangapa ka :P

pero sa tingin ko naman d na rin sya ganun ka complicated user friendly na naman ngayon.

PROS: damin function
one useful function d makakatawag ang maids nyo you can lock their extension and set it to internal calls only (intercom function)

mas natutuwa ako sa pabx na gamit namin ngayon ;pwede rin naman sya home use. dami talaga options

if masipag ka magmonitor you can hook it up to a dot matrix printer after and a set time to print nya yun all incoming n outgoing calls :P or pwede mo rin i link sa pc to trace those calls (soft copy) para ka na rin may caller id heheh
para din kasi syang pc

Cons : dapat matiyaga ka mag set coz puro codes ang makikita mo sa proprietary fone . that is where the manual comes in :P pero once na set mo matagal mo naman magagalaw yun in case may gusto ka lang baguhin

ganun din naman pabx hirap din magtago ng wire pero may mga nagiinstall naman nito for a fee of course

ask ko lang pala, marerecognize ba ng every phone ang caller ID or yung proprietary phone lang?

proprietary fone lang pero if you want pwede ka magkabit ng fone with callerid sa mga locals

but kailanag me caller id feature ang fone line mo ofcourse
if wala makikita mo lang sa mga records ng pabx ay mga outgoing numbers

meron ako dito yung Caller ID unit lang. dun nakakabit yung phone. pwede kaya ito sa PABX?

parang hinde mo ata pwede gamitin yun kasi the pabx would come with a caller id card of its own lets say you have 3 phone lines all would be connected to the pabx system then yung pabx mo na ang bahala mag detect ng mga numbers sa proprietary fone na mismo lalabas ang numbers and fone units w caller id or sa link mo sa pc

maybe possible
but i havent tried...
mabuti pa w8 mo na lang tomorrow post ko dito number ng ahente n company na nagbenta sa akin ng unit mas magaling mag explain yun heheh mas saulado nya ang feature
