    i know we shouldn't speak ill of the tsikot-deceased, but,
    a now-banned tsikoteer used to revel when it rains hard in ncr.
    he didn't understand that the dams get their fill from up north and not from ncr.
    heh heh.

    but i do miss the regular dam level updates...

    Dito sa amin ulan ng ulan. I do wish nga na sana dyan din sa may northern area ng Luzon kaso mukhang hindi pa rainy season dun eh. tsk

    Hopefully the LPA going to Catanduanes could bring a respite to the north.

    Water level in Angat dam went up a bit... It will take time for all the rain water to make their way to the dam.
