December 11th, 2008 01:06 PM #1Is there any way of porting AM feeds/stations to the FM band? i guess the simplest way would be for an FM radio station to tune into an AM station using a portable radio, then put the speakers beside his mic B) though in the many times we've had coups and typhoons, i can only remember one time when this was done(way back during the 2000 earthquake)
one other thing is that most cellphones only have FM; so if you're on the road it's kinda hard to keep track
