every year na-nonood ako ng WRC dito, and sa totoo lang ... mas-realistic ito kaysa sa F1 *bleh*
ok, dito ako pumupunta para ma alam ko kung saan ang next rally ... www.wrc.com
as for rules and regulations (as per request by someone :D)
simple ...
- cars should not weigh less than 1250KG dry
- 2L, 4cyl engines only
- all cars have a 32mm (or 35mm) restrictor to the turbo outlet (to regulate air flow kahit malaki ang turbo)
- the car shape or body must be a production car of at least 2500 units (even if they dont have 4wd in real life like the Citroen, Ford, Peogeot)
- all cars should have a Cat converter
- they all use control methanol for gas
- max of 300hp for all WRC cars (also for Group N and A cars)
and, if you want to make one for yourself (engine bay rebuild, electronic diffs, 6spd semi-auto gearbox, etc) it will cost at least 500,000 UK Pounds each :D

well ... kailangan na lang nila mag-pullout ... like Toyota hahaha :D SUBARU FOREVER!!! :freak:
kulelat na sila ever since lumabas yung Evo6 eh, bumigat ng bumigat ang kotse nila or hindi na maganda ang handling kaya mabagal
Skoda, dapat ang pagmasdan ninyo (by the way, Rally Finland this weekend!!!) coz sa tingin ko mangunguna ito after like 1-2 yrs, VW ang may hawak sa Skoda kaya maraming datung

momentum at inertia ang rally eh ang f1 grip at horsepower.
para kang walang control kapag nasa gravel na.
mas nakakatakot kapag nasa snow.
the track also makes it more scarier. In a f1 circuit, if you go off track youll find yourself either in the gravel or go straight to the tire barriers.
In WRC WALA. either you hit a rock, tree, snow bank, spectators, other rally cars na nag stall, etc.. . Nakakatakot talaga. Nakita nyo ung car ni markko martin sa argentina? running at 174kph on a slight uphill. bumanga yung rear tire sa rock and the car flipped.
Yep, the driving makes it more dangerous. Drift driving requires delicate control and proper technique. Konting mali lang game over.
According to petter solberg theyre physical training is much tougher than what f1 drivers undergo.
yeah actually totoo yan. last time na nag wrc rito sa NZ ang gagaling nang mga driver.. typical na back road ang mga dinadaanan. miski sanay na ako sa ganong kalye nakakatakot parin kapag mabilis.
pero masaya..

On the contrary, not necessarily because the platform is riddled with issues. Actually since this is a "new" car, a learning curve will be expected before they become competitive.

Although im a subaru fan i hate to say that sebastian loeb is better than petter solberg after watching rally wales.
IMO, Petter may be slightly better than sebastian in terms of driving technique, but loeb is more fluid than him, he can adapt much better in changeable conditions. Loeb is known as the tarmac king but now he is a bit faster than solberg in gravel (solberg territory)
But a serious contender would be francois duval of ford. in german rally he managed to cut loebs lead by 40sec while in wales rally he posted fastest lap times in certain stages. siguro one more year baka masmabilis pa siya kay loeb.
