There are plans to build an F1 race track in Bulacan. It's near INC's Philippine Arena.

Love the new Red Bull camo testing livery.
They're promising the racing livery will be even better... but no... I want them to race THAT for at least the first half of the season.

Are Mercedes making F1 boring? Rivals fear so
MELBOURNE: No sooner had Mercedes cruised to the chequered flag at Sunday's season-opening Australian Grand Prix, their rivals were all but conceding the 2015 Formula One championship was as good as over.
Dominant in 2014, Mercedes were again in a class of their own with double world champion Lewis Hamilton coasting to victory over team mate Nico Rosberg.
Despite taking it easy throughout the 58-lap race, concerned more about saving tyres and fuel than checking their mirrors for challengers, Mercedes finished more than half a minute clear of third-placed Sebastian Vettel's Ferrari.
Only two other drivers finished on the same lap as the Silver Arrows.
"You have to be realistic," said Vettel after his first race for Ferrari. "This weekend it was in their hands and they did a great job, not just as a team but individually.
"They are the favourites, they had a huge advantage last year and I think they did a good job increasing that advantage this year."
Vettel won four titles in a row for Red Bull before Mercedes overtook them last year, and that team's principal Christian Horner said 2015 was looking like another procession.
"On today’s evidence we’re set for a two-horse race at every Grand Prix this year," he said.
"Take nothing away from Mercedes, they’ve done a super job, they’ve got a great car, they’ve got a fantastic engine, and they’ve got two very good drivers.
"But the problem is the gap is just so big you end up with three-tier racing and I don’t think that’s healthy for Formula One."
Mercedes won 16 of 19 races last season and started 18 on pole. If Sunday was anything to go by, they may be even more dominant this year.
"I feel a bit for the fans," said Australia's Daniel Ricciardo, who finished sixth for Red Bull. "It was a boring race. It was frustrating."
Even the Mercedes drivers have said they fear their dominance could drive fans away. In the lead-up to the race, Hamilton admitted he would be bored as a fan while Rosberg said he hoped the others could catch up.
"I hope they can give us a challenge, because it's important for the sport and the fans," the German said.
"Half of me, or part of me, thinks about the show because I want to give people a great time at home watching on TV or at the track."

Mas boring nung panahon ni Schubaba sa Ferrari. Total domination, parang default na siya ang laging mananalo.
Pero, maganda ngayon ang ipinapakita ng Ferrari ha? (oo nga, malayo pa rin sa Mercedes).....

Didn't think Williams would have it in them to outdevelop Mercedes during the off-season. Sure enough... they didn't.
Ferrari are a nice surprise. Imagine now, if Alonso were still driving for them. Seems like between Vettel and Alonso, Vettel took the better gamble... but we always knew McLaren Honda would not be back to front-running form until later in this season or next season. Alonso's was a long-term gamble.
-
Red Bull Renault... well, that's just pathetically disappointing. When you've got a great hand like Ricciardo coming in so far back and a rookie who couldn't even qualify... then there's definitely a problem with the damn car. Time to switch to Ferrari power.

Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Did I read/hear it correctly that Rory Byrne is again taking a more active role in the Ferrari team?
Agree bro.,- Fingerboi made a better gamble vs. FA in switching teams this season.... (similar to LH's stunt last season)....
Sayang naman si DR kung hindi makaka-recover ang RBR....

Red Bull Racing's F1 future in doubt | F1 news | Motorsport.comRed Bull Racing's F1 future in doubt

With reports the Red Bull boss Dietrich Mateschitz wants to sell his F1 team and an ailing relationship with engine provider Renault, the future of Red Bull Racing is certainly up in the air.
Red Bull Racing's struggles in Melbourne come in tandem with a much bigger picture as sources continue to suggest that Dietrich Mateschitz wants to sell the team that won the 2010-13 World Championships.
Indeed Bernie Ecclestone has been telling people that such a scenario is in the works.
Differing statements
Asked about it by this writer after the race Christian Honer said: “You're wide off the mark. There's been statements from Dietrich to clarify that, it's a non-issue.”
However just minutes later Helmut Marko revved things up by telling German speaking media that it was possible, adding that every year the company conducts a cost/benefit analysis and that F1 has to pay for itself.
So what's happening? Mateschitz was frustrated by the downturn in form last year, and even before this race weekend had recognised that if anything life would be tougher this year. In addition the talismanic Sebastian Vettel, with whom he is very close, has moved on.
As for Red Bull Racing, the disenchanted Mateschitz has a problem in that having had a very good deal when he took the team off Jaguar's hands at the end of 2004 and then invested huge sums to built it up it is now a very valuable property – and very different from a struggling team with debts that could be acquired for a relative modest sum.
