I've looked up on some types and brands. It seems arb air lockers are the most accessible (and common?). But all are pricey. Mine is a 4 x4 mitsubishi strada. I'm very much open to suggestions

Your rear diff is already limited slip. Still not enough?

Rear feels like an open diff. Maybe components have worn out truck has more than 100k on the odo.

    Ah ok.

Is your diff running on ordinary gear oil or LSD fluid?

LSD I think. I haven't had it serviced on my own after warranty. This sure is a can of worms when opened

Interesting, please update this thread if you've decided to crack open the rear diff for a look see.

I have a Strada 4x4 also, the LSD is more than enough to help me out of muddy ruts in 4-high range, no need to engage 4-low.

Lokka locker installed in my front diff last week. Diff looked 'fresh' when opened. Sensya don't know how to post pic/vid:

Hehe not really. I just happened to favor a front locker over a rear one. Of course I'd like my truck twin locked. But I'm scared of air lockers, the cost and the leaks
