    That's the same carbon-fiber body that has been painted with chrome simulation paint. I doubt if that's really chrome since that would increase the car's weight significantly. F1's are usually painted quite liberally to prevent putting on weight as a result of the paint.

    Paint nga lang yan, you can't chrome carbon fiber per se hehe.

    Kala ko nga dati ay yung yellow-gold na talaga ang gagamitin nilang color .... babaguhin din pala... pero one of a kind talaga ang paint nitong McLaren....

    The orange livery is the original color/livery of the first Mclarens driven by Bruce Mclaren. Nowadays, the orange livery is used temporary in the place of an eventual new design livery. The last time Mclaren used the orange livery was back during the pre-season testing for the 1996 season. At that time, Mclaren was shifting from red/white Marlboro livery to the silver/black West.

    Mclaren is having problems with their engine again. :ouch: Ferrari, Honda at Renault will be the teams to beat in 3 weeks time.:cool:
