    No matter what we vote, it's the masses that hold the sway.

    For example, I asked a real estate salesperson here in the provinces regarding his opinions of Binay and he's all in.... and there's the question of our religious sects meddling in our politics where they "recommend" candidates... INC is how many people strong?
