But considering that Villar has the widest political machinery, not to mention the readiness to use his financial resources to achieve his ultimate goal of being the next president, mukhang mahihirapan si Noynoy unless the latter can vigorously marshal his volunteers to protect the votes. i will not vote for Villar not bec. he's a businessman (in fact ok sana 'to) but bec. he's a senator. i dont trust senators ewan ko nga ba. given that, yaw ko na din kay noynoy and gordon. maybe bec. legislative in its' purest sense should only be concerned in one thing and one thing alone, legislative powers.

pero dito talaga, lahat ng senators nakekelam sa executive branch. wala pa ako nakita presidente na nakelam sa legislative function ng gobyerno.

so what does this say about senators? greed may legislative na nga sila, gusto pa influence executive branch.

and sobrang hypocritical pa nga eh, they spend their elected terms to pinpoint the wrongdoing of the executive branch to the extent na they will make us believe that the executive branch is the one to blame for this country's woes.

. tapos sa huli, eh gusto pala nila maging presidente. ambisosyo lang talaga.

maybe that's why i feel it so much that this country is better off as a parliament.
