Alam ko sa metro manila the top three LGUs the past decades are Quezon City, Makati City (and formerly municipality), and Manila. Lately Taguig, Mandaluyong and San Juan hit it in the top 5.

In education the past few years it was also Quezon City and Makati.

Nationwide Cebu and Davao come close to the Metro cities in ranking.
