The man has a vision. Nuong napatalsik si Marcos ayaw ipagpatuloy ng sumunod na president ang lahat ng mga project na inumisahan nya, one concrete example is the LRT. And look now, doon din pala ang bagsak. Ngayon LRT/MRT is the fastest if not the cheapest means of transportation.
