I'm sure many will disagree but IMHO, Ferdinand Marcos and Fidel Ramos because these guys are the only president which has a self sufficient plan in our country.

They have the most brilliant vision in our country's future. ngayun kasi iniisip lang ng gobyerno naka raos lang pang araw araw...

I would agree the Ferdinand Marcos is brilliant and to add the most intelligent president but the one of worst leader of the country. it was during his time (1980's) were our country has achieved a ZERO growth. This is also the year when our countrymen start to go outside our country to work abroad.
