mr roy...depende na yan kung anong course ng anak mo...mas maraming laboratory, mas mahal tiyak...one thing for sure UP is way down lower..much much lower...

OT...how about DOST scholars...doubtful kasi ako kung i-take ng anak ko ito kasi from what i know...and enlighten me if i'm wrong...pag DOST scholar ka..u'll be locked-in sa pinas for 5yrs after grad..tanong lang...meaning ba nito dapat sa government ka magtatrabaho or may option din???

ok maging DOST scholar. fwik, sa pinas ka muna for 5 years (or length ng pagiging scholar mo). pwede kang magtrabaho kahit hindi sa gobyerno as long as you are in the Philippines. if you need to go abroad para mamasyal or work purposes, kelangan humingi ng permit sa dost.

very idealistic kasi itong panganay kong ito e...aside from his future specialization...gusto rin nyang maging educator...todo suporta lang ako talaga...then dun sa schools naman..ang mindset nya talaga is UP..hopefully makapasa..di ko pa alam kung ano iba pa nya choice na kurso..

maraming magagandang schools for science realted course dito sa pinas hindi lang UP or UST. Dentistry is somewhat a science course right? nandyan ang UE and CEU.

Usually you have your BIG 4 (in any order):
    -University of the Philippines
    -Ateneo De Manila University
    -La Salle University
    -University of Santo Tomas

Di ko alam kung ano ang 5th so I can't help.

    P.S.
And no, College of Saint Benilde (CSB) is not its own institution. If I remember correctly, it is still part of La Salle University group.

    ok.
ok, i would just like to ask mga sir's in demand pa rin ba ang nurses until today? or nagdecline na yung demand niya in the years that has already come? i mean, same parin yung demand niya sa US until today; for new batches of nurses?
