as for presidential candidates who willingly concede / accept defeat for the good of the country... yes all past presidential candidates do that... to unite the country after the division caused during the campaign

one major issue is immigration

many older Americans see their country becoming less white and they aren't happy about it

many Americans are closet racists (kept in check by political correctness which is a liberal creation which conservatives really hate)

but ever since Trump became president closet racists are now out in the open no longer afraid to speak their mind
