doc pag upo ko magfillup na may mga kasunod pa ako more than 10 pa. Its a relax atmosphere voting in my barangay.

Pero the other side skwelahan mahaba pila. Eh ako residing since birth late 1970s.

Pag labas ng barangay kasi i stayed an hour more dahil madami kakilala. May mga dumadating pa to vote.

what practical effect has "persona non grata" have on everyday life for them?

Same question. I guess they can’t perform in QC? How about if they’re going to Ch 7, they won’t be allowed?

the quezon memorial circle drive is a very challenging one...
hirap pumasok... hirap mag-maintain lane... hirap lumabas...
so many things going on at the same time.

for the first time of my existence na meron ako muhwang eh kanina ko lang nadaanan yung kaliraya street sa araneta avenue eh shortcut to scout chuatoco!!!!!

All along akala ko dead-end jan!!!!

ngayon my favorite shortcut going hitop is kaliraya labas ng champaca tapos scout chuatoco.

I dated two guys (both chinese) from that area sa Sta mesa heights.

but 'di bah, this stairway to the gods has been there for many years now...
na-uso na naman ang pintas because some furriner commented on it and someone picked it up...?

it probably doubles as lookout tower for UFOs.
    heh heh.

but methinks it may have been cheaper and less scarey, had they made a downward stairs under the elevated track, to go up again at the opposite side...
of course the view wouldn't be as breath-taking...

baka pwede kung tinaas nila yung first flight of stairs.. they can even put an escalator.. then yung stairs going to the top.. ginawa na lang nilang ramp... para hindi mahirap akyatin..

there was an existing overpass then pinutol dahil sa mrt

so they built on top of the existing overpass

buti nga they still built it

they could have just abandoned it

    escalator?

    that's expecting/demanding way too much

    in some places abroad,
instead of creating an elevated walk,
they dug a tunnel under the road, for pedestrian crossings, with good drainage, good design to maximize natural lighting, and good electric light illumination at night.
no steps, but rather, an inclined plane.
    knee-, bicycle- and stroller-friendly.

many times, i see elderly folks hobbling thru them. i imagine, these folks wouldn't dream of crossing via the elevated pedestrian overpasses we have here.

    maCATHEY

So ang direcho responsibility LGU.

Kagabi nag landers ako sa otis manila, its the 2nd car dealership capital of philippines. From my area to landers around 4kilometers. Nakakapunta ako at 7pm in just 15minutes at may apat pa na stoplight yan. If madaling-araw all green eh sisiw 5minutes.

Sa city of binayala for sure 1kilometers = 1hour travel time hahaha
