Three days ago or so, it had only 151 cases. Now it stands at 476. It more than tripled after three days.

The first case in the Philippines of someone without travel history abroad was confirmed on March 5 in San Juan.

As of April 3, 2019, SJ only has 123 confirmed cases.


If the trend continues, QC should be given special attention by the National Government to address its surging cases, especially so that it is led by a relatively not so experienced chief executive.

DZMM temporarily halts operations as personnel go on quarantine

Radio station DZMM has temporarily suspended all of its programs after its employees were exposed to two persons under investigation for COVID-19.

"We have suspended the regular programming of DZMM temporarily after asking all concerned on-duty personnel to go on self-quarantine for 14 days following their exposure to two Persons Under Investigation," DZMM said in a statement issued Wednesday night.

The radio station, owned by broadcasting giant ABS-CBN, said its studio and facilities have already been vacated for immediate disinfection.

I was buying Vitamin C and D at my 5th Mercury drug (out of stock sa iba) at Quezon Ave corner Dr. Garcia when I overheard the guy behind me asking if the drive thru of Mcdo beside was open. It was close. It was lunch time and he also needed to buy lunch for his kids, di sila nagluto because he planned to buy burgers. So i told him the places I know are open.

1. Burger King Banawe, Quezon Ave corner Kanlaon. Open for drive thru orders until 4:30 pm. You need to be inside the entrance by 4:30pm.

2. Burger King Timog. As above you need to be inside the entrance by 4:30pm

3. McDonalds inside Fishermall, take out counter is open until 5pm

4. PizzaHut inside Fishermall, takeout counter is open until 5pm

5. Imperial Milk Tea inside Fishermall

6. McDonalds at North Ave corner Mndanao. They said they are open until 5:30pm but order needs to be in by 5pm. No greens availabke, so no burgers with lettuce.

7. McDonalds Shorthorn corner Road 20. Take home counter only. I don't know until what time they are open.

8. Chooks To Go, Shorthorn corner Road 20. Open until 5pm

9. Landers Central Balintawak

9. S&R Congressional

All the crew i saw all had face masks on. Some even had face shields. So since transmission is by droplets from coughing i would think it is safe.
