This is a show on BBC. In this episode, a bus driver from UK would try to become a jeepney driver in the Philippines. It also tackles the lack of development in our country.

    This is the first part.

Nice video. The ugly, dirty, chaotic and extremely crowded and dangerous streets of Manila.....still looks like home to me. We can do better, but then home is still home.

Why can't our local documentaries be made like this? Dito sa atin, mas madalas pa makita sa screen yung host/narrator kaysa sa subject.

Nice find indeed. Thanks for sharing!

It's good that it's not the type of foreign docu that bashes the country but looks at it in a more broad-minded manner (I'm still on the 3rd part though), and the London bus driver is also a nice guy without too much complaints, considering he's from a very developed country.

I'm just worried though that by the time he gets back to London, he might drive like a Pinoy jeepney driver! :D
