I used SLEX yesterday and I was charged with the same rate as last year (nichols - san pedro, 70). I also travelled the whole length of SLEX nung January 3 it was still 87 Pesos. hmmm.....

Coastal Expressway did increased by 4 pesos for sedans, from 18 pesos to 22 pesos

I was also surprised when I passed by Coastal Road last Jan 3. I don't recall seeing any advise about the plan to increase the toll.

So from P18 to P22, that's a 22% increase in toll. I don't think this is justifiable considering the bad condition of the roads.

I am now looking at alternative routes to avoid paying the unjustifiable toll fee.

tsk. can't your government subsidize the increase? responsibilidad kasi ng gobyerno na bigyan kayo ng disenteng daan e.

I understand that the increase in the toll fee at SLEX is still forthcoming.... However, Coastal Road has implemented the increase in the toll fee start of the year....

I hope that thew SLEX toll prices from SUCAT - NICHOLS and vice versa won't be affected anymore.. They should just raise the toll prices from Susana Heights - ONWARDS since thats where the road widening starts right?

slex and coastal toll fee increase, makatuwiran ba?
