I'm from Makati and I didn't vote for Binay. Kahit educational institutions walang patawad yan. My professor told me so.

Iyan na nga yata ang kalakalan sa lahat ng lugar dito sa MM... (from what I heard from a construction executive)......[OT: Kaya tuloy iyong open space daw sana sa tapat ng elevator,- ginagawa na ring unit - lame excuse though, IMO, as this means more revenue for the principal]...

base sa mga pahayag, kinokondisyon na mga utak ng mga tao na si binay nanalo. ayaw man natin pero yun ang most likely na scenario. May nabanggit nga sa news na parang sinabi ni noynoy na mga after 1 year bago hahanapan ng pwesto si mar sa gobyerno.

Natatakot akong manalo si Binay. He's just one of those traditional corrupt politicians. When we were looking for a house, we found out na pinakamataas ang tax sa Makati (i.e. property tax) compared to other places. I would understand this kung wala sanang slum areas sa city na iyon.

The Binays never fail to give (daw) birthday cakes sa mga poor people sa Makati.

Super kind-hearted naman nila..

However, I found out that the budget for each cake was a whopping 5000pesos and the cake was being baked by her daughter.. Grabe, parang 5 malalaking cakes na mabibili ko from Red Ribbon nyan ah...
