While visiting relatives in Hongkong (to bring our daughter to disneyland for her birthday), I strolled around one night because my wife craved for junk food. So I asked my teen nephew (who lives there with his parents) to accompany me.
After paying the stuff I bought, I recalled that he smokes. So I offered to buy him a pack of Marlboro, he begged it off. But I insisted since I surmised that there's no way that a pack of cigs can cost so much.
Nagulat ako, WTF, $50??!! mas mahal pa ito ng higit sa doble sa binili ko hahaha.
Kaso he's really nice to us (and it was our first time to meet) so oks lang.
Nagulat talaga ako $50 hkd for a pack of cigs. I should have brought a big box in from the PH for them as a present. LOLOLOL.
