Traffic will get worse because of their hagads and convoys stopping the traffic
I hope they relocate in the outskirts of BGC.

November 23rd, 2017 10:22 AM #18if the government's plan is to de-congest metro manila, then this is not the correct decision.
besides, "what's wrong with where they are holding office, now?"
"lilipat sa ibang lugal... magtatayo ng bagong building... ano ang gagawin sa pinanggalingang building? pa-bubulukin?" luho lang yan, in my taxpayer-and-citizen's opinion.

November 23rd, 2017 11:05 AM #19Agreed. There are lots of front-line government offices in dire need of a new building or premises (DFA (passport processing), LTO, government hospitals). The Senate doesn't need or require one.
I guess the esteemed senators want their high-rise corner offices. Eh paano pa sila maabot ng tao pag ganun?

Not ideal to put the Senate or Congress buildings near CBDs because of the traffic. Imagine the left holding rallies in BGC. Does anyone want that in their place of work? Traffic in BGC is already hellish. They need to widen that funnel in Lawton.
considering a Ferrari has an average price range of 20-25M. multiply that with 666 units sold then...
