if the government's plan is to de-congest metro manila, then this is not the correct decision.

besides, "what's wrong with where they are holding office, now?"
"lilipat sa ibang lugal... magtatayo ng bagong building... ano ang gagawin sa pinanggalingang building? pa-bubulukin?" luho lang yan, in my taxpayer-and-citizen's opinion.

Agreed. There are lots of front-line government offices in dire need of a new building or premises (DFA (passport processing), LTO, government hospitals). The Senate doesn't need or require one.

I guess the esteemed senators want their high-rise corner offices. Eh paano pa sila maabot ng tao pag ganun?

I read somewhere that in BGC they would have to pay. But Antipolo was giving a larger lot FOR FREE!

Ganda ng location ng senado. Samantalang mga government agencies like sss, lto, etc. na pinupuntahan ng mga mamayan para mag-transact ay kung saan-saan lang.

Ideally government offices that provides service dapat nasa east avenue lahat para one stop shop. Kaso hindi.

    OT

Sabi nga nung isang legendary Tsikoteer dapat ang pasok sa Govt eh Tuesday to Saturday para yung Saturday eh for citizens na Monday to Friday ang work, para hindi na need mag leave sa work in case may transaction with government offices.

May malaking sunog sa likod ng SM Aura where there are lots of informal settlers. Baka dun itatayo ang bagong senate building!
