    Singapore/Middle East style.

Me, justice system first. In fact, manipulated by the powerful ang justice system natin.

Corruption is a culture in our justice system. Bukod pa sa inefficiencies at kakulangan sa mga Judges, clerk of courts, fiscals, pao kaya anbagal ma-resolve ng kaso, talamak dyan ang under the table at politics. My simple vehicle collision case, 5+ years na sa dami ng kaso it takes months or years for the schedule of hearing. How much more yung mga heinous crimes cases na nakapila?

Kaya you will never trust the police force.

For 2 mins lang. Puwede na yun.

    OT,

me idea ba kayo sa ratio ng attorney vs police?

To deter crime dapat active ang police visibility.

Ratio? 1 Fiscal to 100 stupid policemen siguro..

Add to that, educate and discipline the policemen para hindi laging palpak at hindi lalong mawalan tiwala ng tao.

I still agree with the thought that its the CERTAINTY of being caught and not the punishment that truly deters crimes.
