Well sabi ng Liberals na dapat mag resign si teodoro and nag agree si teodoro na magreresign daw sya sa defense.

Tanong ko lang ay...magreresign din ba sa sina Roxas and Aquino?

Pansin ko sa mga forums na talagang ayaw na ayaw kay Teodoro ay mga pro leftist group like sa skyscrapercity etc...forum.

Yes, Gibo will somehow give favors to some - that's a given. But what about Noynoy? People who didn't even like him started kissing his butt when they realized the sudden increase of his value.

Put it this way, Noynoy will be a puppet and Gibo will be a robot. The robot will be more functional and has a higher tendency to move on his own. While the puppet relies on someone else to make it move.

Gibo is in executive branch who was appointed by the president. he was not elected by the people, so he should resign to avoid conflict of interest. his function as defence secretary can influence the vote of the people because he has a direct command to the department's budget.

senator's functions are not executive and have no direct command to the budget. their main function is legislative which has nothing to do with the budget for the current year. they are elected by the people and only the people thru election or themselves can remove them from their position. in marcos time, it was automatic that you resigned from your post (even if you are an elected official) once you file your candidacy for an election. i don't know why this rule does not apply anymore. the trapos must have silently changed the rule to give them better advantage during the election.

loads of rubish in this post. if nonoy wins, who would make him a puppet? if gibo wins, i don't think he will become a robot. he maybe a robot for now because the election is not finished yet. but assuming he wins, i don't think he will be a robot and just follow what GMA wants. he may give favor to GMA by not prosecuting her but a president following a former president's command? if he is already the commander-in-chief, why would he keep licking GMA's a$$? the only reason he is licking GMA's a$$ at the moment is because he needs her, her party and the government's resources to make him win the election.
