I recall Satur being interviewed regarding the NPA collecting "revolutionary taxes" and he said it was their right to do so. :nono:
True, he doesn't carry a gun anymore, but he betrays his true colors. My uncle who's a former Army Ranger still bristles when he hears Ocampo's name and would love nothing than to meet him in the field...with his rifle of course.
