have you tried making transactions personally in BIR? it will really blow your brains out. ang kukulit nila, astig, akala mo kung sino kung aasta, mangbulyaw pa. then some people will just walk in with their papers and viola, less than 15 mins, tapos na lahat transactions nila. sobrang garapal ng empleyado, escort nila ang magprocess para mabilis. infront of our eyes!!!tayo, 3 weeks is not enough to get permit for a 4-table eatery. !!

I hear ya on this dude. But, trust me. No good will come of it if you get adversarial. That is, unless you're willing to go all the way and file a complaint with the Ombudsman regarding the behavior of these people. Your store or business will become a target and believe me, it'll be hard or expensive to keep up this kind of fight.
If the person you're dealing with is not being responsive enough, try going to the RDO or the Regional Director for help. Usually, they'll be more courteous in dealing with taxpayers.

September 6th, 2007 11:42 AM #5Madadali din mga buwaya diyan, hintay lang tayo.
Pay someone to do it for you, hindi dapat pag-aksayahan ng oras mga tao diyan sa BIR.

. .sana hindi sila kasama ng mga ito.
