There are still lots of sweatshops around Friendship Highway beside Clark Field and around Subic. Lots of foreign investors "come" there. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
Anybody recall Suzette Nicolas a.k.a "Nicole"? She sold the country for a US visa. And everyone went through all the trouble supporting her during the trial. Don't count me, I know her type; and I knew where everything was going long before the case was closed.

November 26th, 2009 01:14 PM #13actually wala naman kaso mapa call center pa yan or kahit ano pang sweat shop job. a job is still a job. to the TS isipin mo kung saan pupulutin ang karamihan ng mga call center agents kung walang call center dito. magsisiksikan sila sa prestiged job na nasa bank or kahit ano pa?
actually mapa call center ka pa, nagwowork sa bank, nagwowork sa (plug your industry here) eh sweat shop pa rin iyon.
