Does the Philippine Catholic Church allow it's people to LIE to the masses as along as it achieves it goals? Is it just a matter of leading sheep to the slaughter?
and if you ask those people who attended the rally, they don't even know what the RH bill is all about

those people were just USED by their leaders

the goal of the leaders is to mobilize a lot of people. to show the govt they got support. they used lies and deception to convince people to join the rally

    I got a question...

The Roman Catholic Church is supposedly pro-life, right? They also say that increasing the population is beneficial to help sustain the creation of resources, and that dwindling populations are dangerous as it reduces the wealth-creation capacity.

If this were true, how come the RCC doesn't let the priests and nuns help in increasing the population?

Isn't that being contrary to being pro-life?

Do you really want to know why the catholic church disallows priests from having children?

Because the greedy priests of the early church were treating church property as their own and passing them to their children as Inheritance?

The catholic church wants to maintain its vast wealth within the organization

priests and nuns have three vows: poverty, chastity and obedience. joining the priesthood is known as the sacrament of holy orders. it differs from the sacrament of matrimony where one of the goals is procreation.

Are your sources reliable? Those relayed by news reporters are second-hand information. In the field of law, judges and justices alike only accept the witness' personal knowledge of the facts in issue because second-hand info appears to be tainted with fraud. There are Supreme Court decisions denouncing the presentation of news clippings as part of one's evidence. Look at what happened to Hubert Webb's case. It appeared that Jessica Alfaro's testimony in court was not her personal knowledge. It goes without saying that news and print media can cause your destruction.

I attend mass everyday and I never heard any announcement calling for an anti-abortion rally. It was an "anti-rh" rally. Our parish priest even posted tarpaulins outside the church, in cooperation with the Couples for Christ Group, to entice parishioners to join the rally.

    Obedience ...

The Philippine Catholic Church is under the Pope in Vatican in Rome.

The Pope in the Vatican says condoms are okay.

So why is the Philippine Catholic Church disobeying the decision of the Vatican?

The Pope did not say that we can use contraceptives outright. We can use contraceptives if we are afflicted with AIDS. Are you afflicted with AIDS?

The Pope said does not limit just to AIDS..... but STD in general.

So if i use a condom with the reason of preventing the possible spread of STD, it is fine.

So it's okay to use a condom as long as the primary reason is prevention of spread of STDs. Never mind the secondary effect that it prevents pregnancies too.

So are we done with the condom issue?

yaadaaa yaahaa yaahaa.... for someone who is supposed to be intelligent, you don't get the obvious....

The picture is meant to say not everyone there is informed what the rally is about.

Like I said before, some were misinformed about the rally... lead to think it was a anti-abortion rally.

    Example:

A picture is worth a thousand words.

I dont need to type a whole lawbook entry to get my point across.

I think that you're running out words to express whatever little knowledge you have about the issue in question that was why you had to resort to a mere picture in order boost your incorrect and misguided stance.

Where did you get that picture? Is that an unreliable source again? Nowadays, pictures are edited and manipulated according to the whims and caprices of the perpetrator.

Why should I validate your question with an answer? What does if I am afflicted with AIDS have to do with the RH Bill?

As I said, if I use a condom to prevent spread of S.T.D.s, then it validates the use of condoms as according to the Pope.
