it's getting more and more obvious that the ruling coalition is planning to make pandak a part of the next government since they are enjoying all the kickbacks they are taking in left and right under her skirt. . .in the news last night, gibo openly spoke that, if elected president, he will call for a con-con (or con ass). . .
in the hourly flash report on tv, i am always hoping for a news that says, "airplane carrying the first couple and their two sons crash landed in shark-infested waters" serious

Anyone endorsed by this administration should not win the election. They will only protect pandaks and family from their criminal acts.
Next presidents should have the balls to sue arroyo family and put them in to jail to set a strong example to those who plan to commit corruption. GIBO, BF. Noli, have no balls na gawin yun.
Chiz- panay dakdak lang
Erap- criminal
Gordon- a good candidate but not winnable
Aquino- trusted by 50% of Luzon population (survey), has the integrity of doing good, but needs a good set of advicers backing him.

Enrile warns of AFP-PNP control if polls fail

MANILA, Philippines—Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile Monday warned that the military and the police might end up taking temporary control of the country if there would be a total failure of elections in 2010 resulting in a power vacuum.
Enrile, chief martial law implementor during the rule of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos, warned of such a scenario because the “only mechanism at that point will be the institutions of legitimate violence of the State” and these were the Armed Forces and the police.
Speaking to reporters, Enrile said that if there would be total failure of elections next year, there would be no civilian authority come June 30, 2010—when the term of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo is supposed to end—because there would be no President, no Vice President and no Senate President or Speaker.
“The only authority that you have are those with guns because they are the most organized people in the bureaucracy,” Enrile said. He said they were “permanent institutions” and the only ones who could “control the country at that point.”
Transitional authority
Indeed, Enrile said the Armed Forces chief of staff and the chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP) could pick a civilian authority “to administer the government in transition.”
Enrile said he was just stating facts and the reality of the situation and not advocating such a scenario.
Enrile underscored the need for the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to make sure that there would be no failure of elections as the country moved into poll automation.
“Be sure you have a back-up, manual back-up,” Enrile said, referring to the alternative of manual elections.
Enrile spoke a day after former President Fidel Ramos warned against any moves to prolong President Macapagal-Arroyo’s stay in power following next year’s national elections.
Palace coup
In a speech in Antipolo City on Saturday, Ramos stopped short of accusing members of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) Class of 1978 of conspiring to foment either a Palace coup or a no-election (No-el) scenario.
“Those contemplating Palace coups or No-el scenarios in 2010 to preserve the status quo are hereby forewarned that these and variations thereof will surely fail because, among others, the PMA Class of 1978, including its adopted members, does not command the loyalty of the vast majority of our uniformed services,” Ramos said.
Arroyo adopted member
Ms Arroyo is an adopted member of the PMA Class of 1978. Under her, officials of the class have been appointed to key positions in the military and the police.
The 1978 class includes Lt. Gen. Delfin Bangit, Army chief; Maj. Gen. Juancho Sabban, Philippine Marines commander; Maj. Gen. Ralph Villanueva, chief of the Army’s 7th Infantry Division; Maj. Gen. Romeo Prestoza, chief of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines; and Director Roberto Rosales, chief of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO).
Bangit and Prestoza also headed the Presidential Security Group.
Just misquoted
The president of the 1978 PMA class and now chief of the Southern Luzon Command, Lt. Gen. Roland Detabali, on Monday thanked Ramos for warning against possible military adventurists.
Detabali said he would like to believe Ramos was misquoted for supposedly suggesting that PMA Class of 1978 might be less than loyal to the Constitution.
“We are sure that (he) was misquoted,” Detabali said in a statement sent to Camp Aguinaldo.
Noting that Ramos was a former AFP chief, Detabali added: “We believe he would not undermine the integrity of the military and the police by insinuating that the commanding generals do not command loyalty of their own soldiers and the soldiers are not loyal to their officers.”
AFP is loyal
Detabali added: “Time and again, our soldiers have proven their professionalism, courage and loyalty to the duly constituted authorities, which include their own officers.”
Detabali said he would like to assure Ramos that “the members of Class 1978 were professionals ... and we remain loyal to the Constitution and the government.”
He said soldiers would not be distracted in their mission to defeat the communist insurgency by the end of Ms Arroyo’s term in June 2010 and contribute to socioeconomic development.
AFP spokesperson Lt. Col. Romeo Brawner Jr. told reporters the military high command had received assurances from ground commanders that their officers and men remained loyal to the Constitution.
“It (the AFP) is a professional organization,” Brawner said, adding it would not allow its members to be involved in partisan politics.

I hope that we all go through the regular elections peacefully, with the administration candidate at the cellar... Then, let's have real justice after that.....
