    Dapat sa City Hall at other government offices, i-post na rin nila yung kotong rates.

    mula pagkabata hanga ngayon na meron na akong anak, pag consultaion sa Doctor walang resibo, pero meron bayad.

    dapat ang gawin na lang ng BIR ang ipaskil sa mga clinic ay no receipt no payment.

    This proposal makes better sense. Baka nga dapat no receipts, no license to practice.

    I'm an admirer of Kim Henares as how she runs the BIR but i totally disagree on this one. To start with, BIR has no power to tell you how to run your business thru implementing of this kind of posting. Second, why would PRC be used to control BIR issues? PRC is about the profession not about taxation. Taxation is BIR business, if they see professionals filing questionable ITRs then they investigate the individual. If they want to implement something in general beyond their bounds, they go to congress.

    One thing BIR don't recognize is that, everyone complains on their taxes cause it's just being stolen by no less than those people in goverment. If people see the fruit of their taxes, it will be easier to collect.

    BTW, i'm not into any of this profession.

    Paano naman kaya makakatulong sa pagkolekta ng tax pag may price lists? Base ba sa price list ang tax? Uupuan ba ng bir examiner ang doktor sa clinic niya at bibilangin kung ilang tao ang pumasok? At anong malay naman ng examiner kung anong "service" ang ginawa sa pasyente at magkano ang sinigil kung di rin naman magreresibo si doc, o liliitan ang nasa resibo?
