February 20th, 2010 01:11 PM #2As long as it is on private property, there is no legal problem and no provision in the election code is violated. As regards the buses, there is a problem because essentially these buses are common carriers and they are regulated by the LTFRB which means they are public in character as their license to operate needs the consent and approval of a regulatory agency. In fact, during emergencies, the State has the power to takeover these facilities, just like media, etc.
