Ang blog ko pong ito ay para sa mga saloobin ng mgat Pilipinong sawang-sawa na sa kaguluhan sa Mindanao.
If i'll have it my way, peace in Mindanao can be achieved by completely eliminating the militants/guerillas who have no real idealogy but to reign over the region for their own gains. All-out war! Mapa-ASG, MILF, or MNLF man yan, dapat wala ng peace talks. Matagal na tayong tinatarantado ng mga yan kung saan naghihiraman lang sila ng mga tauhan nila for a specific mission against the gov't. Bigyang halaga ang mga kawal at sibilyan na nagbuwis ng buhay nila sa Mindanao.
Other developments (such as Education, Livelihood projects, Health, etc...)will follow after the elimination of this lawless elements who claim to be fighting for Islam.
We salute the 23 soldiers who recently died in Basilan. Sana hindi masayang ang pagsasakripisyo nila.

Appeasement...Ramos tried it with the MNLF. Gave Misuari power and money but he did nothing to improve the Muslim's way of life. And it only give rise to the MILF.
The better but the more difficult way is for these people to be conquered and then assimilated.
Sri Lanka is currently doing this with the Tamil insurgency.

Marcos did an all out war against insurgents in Mindanao but wasn't able to finish it kasi napatalsik na siya ni Cory. Erap did the same but wasn't able to finish it too kasi napatalsik siya ng infamous EDSA 2. Let's do what Sri Lanka did with its Tamil rebels!
"Take no prisoners, open fire! Battle stations!"
More news about the recent Basilan siege: a wife of a slain soldier was texted by an ASG taunting her that he had beheaded his husband already... and that all soldiers are pigs. Obviously, this ASG bandit got the celfone of the slain soldier. No one was beheaded but 20 were mutilated with bolos/knives. Para sa akin e kung may mahuling ASG ay wag ng ikulong o itakbo sa ospital. Tadtarin na lang ng pinong-pino.

If we take a step back and try to see the big picture, this is all business.
The mutilation of soldiers will warrant pouring billions more money into this war because of emotions.
If the Govt ends the battle, there will be no more unnecessary expenditures hidden behind the facade of defense related purchases. A lot of industries (and people in seat) earning from this war will lose their milking cow.
AFP is more than capable to wipe out these bandits, that's for sure. Poor soldiers dying in vain for others to earn money.
Mindanao is a beautiful beautiful place. Rich in land and sea resources. Now, there's oil too. Too bad it's being raped by greed of people in power.

Sell Mindanao to the highest bidder!
Then split the money equally among Filipinos over the age of 30.
Why not? U.S. acquired Alaska from Russia (Alaskan Purchase) and Louisiana from France (Louisiana Purchase).
