Eh buong Luzon ginawang state of calamity possibly buong 2009 na daw. The government might be able to force oil companies to sell at a certain price. But the damage to investor confidence especially the foreign variety is unimaginable. Business man and capitalists always want an environment where they are free to price. This is a huge damage to the credibility of this country as a place to put money.
