pero dre, hindi pa ba sapat na congressman sya without any knowledge sa politics but just relying sa advisers nya, saan na papunta government natin, what with the likes of tv personalities Lapid, Revillas, Jinggoy. Another trophy na naman ba sa list ng achievements nya na matawag na senator?

Sa tingin mo, effective na congressman ba sya? (nevermind the monetary donations to constituents...)
