With regards naman sa drastic measures na sinasabi mo... hindi naman pwede due to human rights concern kaya may limitation pa rin as to the scope of the law. Kaya nga kailangan education pa rin eh... kung sumunod man sila or hindi its not your problem

dapat mas i-empower pa mga babae para kung ayaw na nila, may magagawa sila. or kung gusto ni babae ng birth control tapos ayaw ni mister/bf/ka-live in, may magagawa sila.

Give women a taste of financial independence, show them how much money they can make by working full time, and that kills overpopulation right there.

In the meantime, without financial incentives, sufficient micro-financing (though we do have that) and education, cotnraceptives are a good band-aid.

I agree. It's not like we have the population density of India. I read somewhere that if the world's whole population were placed in Texas, you'd have a population density roughly the same as that of India.
